Dear AT&T...

Why do you insist on tormenting your customers? Not long ago, I got an email from you touting better 3G coverage in Hawaii. Great news, I thought, as I read it on a ONE BAR EDGE connection. Guess that email was meant for everyone except me.

The next morning, on my way to work, I figured I'd give it another shot. This time, guess what? I did have full bars and 3G - Hooray! Just when I was going to call all my friends over for a party, the connection is dropped. As a customer, I would have been much happier with network upgrades than retail store makeovers.
